Work you'll do

As a Deloitte Consulting Rewards Administration & Outsourcing PeopleSoft HCM Manager in the Rewards practice of Deloitte's Human Capital group, you will help Benefit Service Delivery professionals focus on assisting clients in defining benefit administration solutions such as insourcing, outsourcing, and SaaS as across benefit operations including H/W, retirement, equity, compensation, and leave programs. The Manager is responsible for managing medium to large sized teams.

You will also work in conjunction with other practitioners to on the following:

  • Assist in mapping Business Processes to PeopleSoft HCM and CRM - HR Helpdesk Modules and develop fit-gap documents
  • Lead design discussion with customer for customizations, conversions, interfaces and reports
  • Write Functional Specification & Test Scripts
  • Analyze and design customizations\bolt-on to match customer requirements and coordinate with Technical team for development
  • Lead Technical team for data mapping for data conversion, interfaces and reporting.
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of integration, conversion and reporting tools like integration broker, XML publisher and component interface
  • Plan and coordinate various testing cycles including SIT and UAT
  • Lead cutover planning and execution
  • Lead team of developers throughout implementation process
  • Provide timely status updates to the project manager, highlighting risks and issues.
  • Participate in broader ARA projects including performance management, employee benefits, retirement, healthcare, performance optimization, cash/non-cash reward and recognition
  • Participate in marketing initiatives including providing leadership to proposal teams, developing work and methodology approaches to respond to RFPS, writing proposals and conducting surveys
  • Research and prepare speeches for internal and external presentation
  • Contribute to intellectual eminence and the development of firm viewpoints on a variety of total rewards topics

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM business process and PeopleTools 8.


  • Willingness to travel at least 80%


  • 6+ years of experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM business process and PeopleTools 8.55
  • Prior experience with PeopleSoft CRM 9.2 - HR HelpDesk business processes a plus
  • Experience managing small to mid-sized teams
  • Ability to train and mentor staff
  • Ability to work in a team environment sharing ideas and working collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficient PowerPoint and Word Skills
  • Successful marketing ability in selling services to prospects and existing clients
